2007 BUDDY CLUB COUNTRY REWARDS
1. Every purchase from Bearcreek Farms earns points towards Reward Bucks. Each dollar spent for lodging, dinning, shopping and show tickets (excluding tax, and freight) equals a point. Points will not be added to your account until the time of the theatre performance, or meal purchase or while shopping or checking in at Bearcreek Farms. Twice a year Bearcreek Farms will mail you a $25.00 Reward Buck for every 250 points you’ve accumulated, which then can be redeemed on your next visit. The Reward Bucks will be issued in January and July of each year.
2. All refunds and credits are automatically deducted from your point totals.
3. Once you’ve received your Reward Bucks, claim your rewards whenever you purchase tickets, shop, dine or spend the night at Bearcreek Farms. Or give your Reward Bucks to a family member to use at their leisure. Reward Bucks will expire two years from time of issue.
4. Points cannot be redeemed for cash, cash equivalent, gift certificates or be applied to account balances. Points are not transferable.
5. We reserve the right to modify or cancel this program at any time for any reason.
6. Your points will not expire or start over each year.
7. Only purchases made after the official start date are eligible to earn reward points.
8. For every dollar spent, you will earn one point.
9. This program is intended to reward individual customers and contract/group pricing is not acceptable. Ask about the group leader/tour operator program.
10. Bearcreek Farms will make reasonable efforts to count all qualifying purchases towards the program, but we are not responsible for any technical errors that may occur.
11. You must be 18 years of age to join.
11. Lost or stolen Reward Cards and Reward Bucks will not be replaced.
13. Corporations or other legal entities cannot be enrolled as members.
14. Country Reward cards must be presented with each purchase in order for points to accrue.
15. Only one card per household address. If more than one card is requested per address then there is a charge of $5.00 for each additional card and points will be tabulated per card.
16. All information gathered is for Bearcreek Farms usage only.
17. Applications are not accepted over the phone, only by email or US mail.
