Your Special Day...at Bearcreek Farms
Weddings are a very special occasion, whether you are married in our Macklin Chapel or choose to just have your reception at Bearcreek, you can be assured it will be a memorable occasion. From the very elegant to the casual reception, the staff at Bearcreek Farms will help you with this very special time.Bearcreek Farms Macklin Chapel is the perfect place for the small intimate wedding. The chapel is available for rent April thru October. It is the responsibility of the renter to find a minister, justice of the ,or clerk to perform the ceremony. The chapel will accommodate 100 guests.
Bearcreek Farms Meeting House will comfortably seat up to 350 guests.
Rental contract is for an eight hour period up to midnight. Additional hours may be available at additional cost per hour. Fees include room set-up of tables and chairs, dinnerware, and pa system for announcements.
